These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (texasrisings.com) and purchases of our custom art-inspired sneakers, such as Water Lilies or Comedian designs. By accessing or shopping with us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.

  1. Use of Our Website

  • You must be 18 or older to make purchases.

  • You agree to provide accurate information (e.g., billing, shipping details) and not misuse our site (e.g., unauthorized access, fraud).

  • Our sneakers are custom-made. Production begins after order confirmation, so orders can’t be modified or canceled once placed.

  • We strive for accurate product descriptions (e.g., Sunflowers sneaker sizing), but slight variations in color or design may occur due to custom printing.

  • Prices are in local currency and subject to change. You’re responsible for taxes, duties, or shipping fees at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or third-party providers Yoco

  • You confirm you’re authorized to use your payment method and have sufficient funds.

  • We’re not liable for payment disputes or delays caused by third-party processors.

  1. Shipping

  • Shipping times vary based on production (2–7 days) and carrier delivery (3–10 days). See our Shipping Policy for details.

  • We’re not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by you.

  1. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our sneakers, returns are limited to damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for details.

  • No returns for customer errors (e.g., wrong size, change of mind).

  1. Intellectual Property

  • Our website, designs, and content (e.g., Monet or Comedian sneaker graphics) are owned or licensed by ArtKicks Studio brought to you by Texas Rising. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

  • Public-domain artworks (e.g., Water Lilies) are used legally. Licensed artworks are used with permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • Our products are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee they’ll meet your expectations beyond described specifications.
