At ArtKicks Studio brought to you by Texas Rising, we want your sneakers—like our *Water Lilies* or *Comedian* designs—to spark joy. Since our products are custom-made, we offer refunds or reprints for eligible issues within 30 days of delivery. Please review our eligibility addendum below and follow the steps to request a return.

How to Request a Return
1. Check Eligibility: Confirm your issue qualifies (see Addendum) within 30 days of delivery.
2. Contact Us: Email support@texasrising.shop with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description (e.g., “Misprinted *Monet* sneaker”).
3. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request within 1–3 days and confirm next steps.
4. Receive Resolution: If approved, we’ll send a replacement sneaker or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 days.

Addendum: Return Eligibility
- Eligible for Refund or Reprint:
  - Damaged products (e.g., torn *Sunflowers* sneaker fabric).
  - Manufacturing errors (e.g., faded *Comedian* print, incorrect design).
  - Wrong product shipped (e.g., *Starry Night* instead of *Water Lilies*).
  - Lost or damaged in transit (reported within 30 days).
- Not Eligible:
  - Customer errors, including wrong size, color, or design choice (e.g., ordering *Monet* high-top instead of athletic).
  - Change of mind or dissatisfaction with style.
  - Orders outside the 30-day window.
- Evidence: A clear photo of the issue is required for all eligible claims.
